Travel Information

Air fares to Lexington [LEX] are looking very good from many cities, but for some, it can be more affordable to fly into Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky [CVG]. The Cincinnati airport is located in Hebron, KY, and is 92 miles from Lexington on I-75 South.

Another option is the Louisville airport [SDF], which is 90 miles east of Lexington I-64.

Please check both airports when determining your best rates.

Symposium addresses:

Spindletop Hall
3414 Iron Works Pike, Lexington, KY 40511

[Saturday afternoon]
Lexington Lodge No. 1
3112 Harrodsburg Road,
Lexington, KY 40503

Information

Dress Code for the Symposium:
The Harmony on Friday evening will be formal (tuxedo is preferred, but black suit and black tie will be acceptable).

On Saturday all attendees are required to wear dark suit and tie. No casual wear will be permitted during the Symposium. As the tyled lodge is taking place during the day, either morning dress or dark suit and tie are appropriate.

The Sunday session will be more relaxed, as we realize that many brothers will be travelling, but a minimum of "business casual" is expected.

Shuttle Service for the weekend:
Shuttle service will be provided to and from the Hilton Lexington/Downtown to all Symposium events. Specific times will be clarified to all participants during the event, and before the event via e-mail.

Locations for the weekend:
With the exception of Saturday afternoon, all events will be at Spindletop, which is located at 3414 Iron Works Pike in Lexington. At the end of the Saturday morning session, shuttles will transport the brethren to Lexington Lodge No. 1 for lunch, and the afternoon session. Lexington Lodge No. 1 is located at 3112 Harrodsburg Road.
